Fast answer
Start with the purchase route
Amazon orders stay with Amazon. Direct digital orders are handled here when the file is faulty, inaccessible, or materially different from the description.
- Amazon print or Kindle
- Request through your Amazon account.
- Direct digital download
- Email within 14 days with the order email and issue.
- Checkout not live yet
- No direct purchase exists until the approval-gated checkout launches.

Where your request should start
Refunds move fastest when the first message names the channel. Use Amazon for Amazon orders, use support for file faults, and use the buy page if you are checking whether direct checkout is live yet.

What usually happens next
Most refund confusion comes from starting in the wrong place. This page separates provider-owned purchases from direct file problems, then keeps the support request small and safe.
- Provider-ownedAmazon print and Kindle refunds are handled inside Amazon, because this site cannot see or change those orders.
- Fix firstFor direct download faults, support will try to restore access or replace the file before issuing a refund.
- No card detailsUse the order email and product name only. Never send card numbers, passwords, or private payment credentials.
Reader routes
Use these paths if you arrived here before choosing how to start. The free reader path avoids checkout, the buy page shows live formats, and support/accessibility routes keep policy questions from becoming dead ends.
Amazon purchases (print & Kindle)
Books bought on Amazon are covered by Amazon's own returns & refunds policy — request refunds through your Amazon account, not here.
Direct digital purchases
For files bought directly from this site: if a file is faulty or won't download, email us within 14 days and we'll fix it or refund you. Because digital goods are delivered instantly, by completing checkout you agree the download begins immediately and acknowledge the statutory withdrawal right ends once delivery has started. Genuine "didn't get what was described" requests within 14 days are honoured.
How to request
